Seeing “You don't have any subscriptions”? You may already be signed in with a different email. Switch accounts and use the email from your order.
No password required
Shopify sends a one-time code to the email on your order. After you sign in, choose Subscriptions to open your Kaching portal.

Use your checkout email
Open the portal with the same email address you used to place the subscription order.

Enter the one-time code
Shopify emails a short login code. There is no password to remember or reset.

Open Subscriptions
Choose Subscriptions in your account menu. Kaching then shows every active plan so you can skip, pause, update, or cancel yourself.
BEFORE YOU LOG IN
Use the email on the original order.
- Check the inbox (and spam) for a message from Shopify with a short code.
- If the portal says you have no subscriptions, sign out and switch to the exact checkout email.
- Gifted or shared subscriptions stay on the purchaser’s email unless that person transfers them.
