BEFORE YOU LOG IN
Use the email on the original order.
- Check the inbox (and spam) for a message from Shopify with a short code.
- If nothing arrives, confirm you are using the exact checkout email, then try again.
- Gifted or shared subscriptions stay on the purchaser’s email unless that person transfers them.
