Shipping & Order Accuracy

Please double and triple-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, our system begins processing immediately, and we are unable to change the delivery destination.

  • Orders will be mailed to the exact address provided at checkout.

  • Hair Rescue will not offer refunds or complimentary reshipments for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • In the event of an address error, a new order must be placed at the customer's expense.

International Orders & Customs

We are proud to ship Hair Rescue worldwide; however, please be aware of the following regarding international delivery:

  • Customs Fees: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are dictated by your country’s policies and are entirely out of our control.

  • Customs Holds: We will not refund orders that are stopped or delayed by Customs. While approximately 90% of our international orders clear without issue, Customs inspections are random and vary by country.

  • Compliance: By purchasing, you agree to fulfill any requirements or payments requested by your local Customs office to receive your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that packages can sometimes be lost or stolen in transit. If your tracking information shows an issue or the package never arrives (and the address provided was correct), we will happily replace your order free of charge. Please contact us at sales@hairrescue.shop to initiate a replacement.

Returns & Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the sensitive nature of hair loss prevention solutions and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind our quality. As noted on our product pages, we offer a 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. In cases where a customer is truly unsatisfied with their results, we provide a full money-back guarantee.
